For Tanner and Caitlin’s October wedding in Kansas, the weather was gorgeous but definitely windy!! We walked into a beautiful set up at The Highlands and quickly saw all of the thought and planning that went into the day. The colors and details were absolutely perfect for a fall wedding. Caitlin and her gals were all enjoying a fun morning getting ready together in the beautiful bridal suite while Tanner and the guys played a round of corn hole. As the day progressed, there were so many smiles and everyone was truly present for this special occasion.

It quickly became very clear how important family is for Tanner and Caitlin. Wether they were including their nieces and nephews in their wedding or dancing the night away to duck calls and Johnny Cash, family and traditions took a strong part of this day. I loved every minute of it too!! The thing about weddings is, the more unique the wedding is to you and your life together, the more you will love and remember all the special details of the day. In fifty years, Tanner and Caitlin may not remember what they had for dinner or what songs everyone was introduced with, but they will remember their family traveling to be with them and celebrate in their own special way.
