You know that saying, "The days are long but the years are short"?  I have a deep understanding of what that means now that I am a mom.  There are times I just have to stop and remind myself, "This is only a season and I'm going to miss this someday."

Whether you just found out your family will be growing or You blinked and realized your newborn baby is about to graduate, family sessions are a great way to capture a particular season in your life. I believe photographs tell stories.  They help us remember, but also document our growth.  Photos and albums can be pulled out and passed around at gatherings, celebrated and loved, and put on display to remind us of the big and small moments that matter. 

I take a connection-centered approach to my work: I want to show your family as it is so that you can remember these moments long after they've passed. I'll always try to get a good posed photo for you, but I feel like the best and most meaningful photos show your connection as a family.  My family sessions are relaxed, laid-back experiences where your little ones can be themselves and play and your family can enjoy time together. At the end of your experience, you’ll receive a gallery with a mix of candid and traditional photos to choose from that you’ll cherish for years to come.
